Appointments for all type of administrative proceedings shall be requested and given by the Consulate in advance, therefore, please call the following phone number for appointment: (+91) 22-67701637 on weekdays during office hours, from 9:00 a.m. till 16:30 p.m (on Friday till 15.00 p.m.).
You may also send your appointment requests via email message (and, in order of faster and more efficient service, we encourage you to do so instead of the phone calls) to the following address: appointments.mum@mfa.gov.hu.
